Privacy Policy

Form Profiles stores profile data only in Chrome local extension storage on the user's device.

The extension does not operate a server, does not use analytics, does not transmit profile data, and does not sell or share data with third parties.

The extension does not store passwords and deliberately refuses to fill password fields. It also refuses to fill credit-card number fields.

Permissions are used as follows:

  • `storage`: save profiles, settings, exports, and site-specific field mappings locally.
  • `contextMenus`: provide right-click fill actions.
  • `activeTab` and `scripting`: inject the fill routine only after the user clicks the popup or context menu.

    • Deleting the extension removes its local extension storage. Users can also export, import, or reset profile data from the options page.
